I just moved into the neighborhood, who should I contact?Please reach out to one of the Trustees so they can welcome you to the neighborhood, answer any questions, and get you the password to all the Private Neighborhood Documents. Use the contact form on the Home page or reach out to one of them directly.

What do I do if I need a tree cut down?Trees on private property are the responsibility of the owner. Trees between the street and sidewalk are owned by the City of Chesterfield. This program provides for planting, removal, and maintenance along public streets:https://www.chesterfield.mo.us/residential-street-tree.html. The City is also responsible for clearing City-owned streets, sidewalks, etc. Contact City Hall to have the City advise what options may exist to have a crew evaluate a tree further.

Why do I pay an annual assessment?As a property owner in the subdivision, you have a fiduciary obligation to maintain the common areas of the subdivision (entrances, lake, and grounds around it, islands, common ground, etc.) Through acceptance of your title to your property, you also assume joint ownership of all the common areas as outlined in your indenture and plat. You can find a copy of the indentures on the Helpful Info page.

Can I fish at the Lake?Yes, fishing is allowed and encouraged. However, the lake is private property and use is limited to: Homeowners and their resident families. An ancestor (parent, grandparent, etc.) of the homeowner(s). A descendant (child, grandchild, etc.) of the homeowner(s). A sibling (brother or sister) of the homeowner(s). Other guests while accompanied by a homeowner. *Please note: Allowing others to use our lake for fishing that are not on the above list puts Lake on White Road at risk from a liability perspective.

I would like to install a fence on my property, do I need to inform trustees?Yes, we ask that you inform us of your plans to install or replace a fence on your property. Please use the Contact Us form to reach out to the trustees.

How do I get an uneven or dangerous sidewalk section repaired?Contact the City of Chesterfield at https://www.chesterfield.mo.us/ click on “Report a Problem” and provide the details. Alternatively, you may call them at (636) 537-4000.

How can I make people pick up after their dogs?Good question, if you find a solution, let us know. Keeping after people in newsletters is the best we've heard.

Who is responsible for clearing our streets in the winter?The City of Chesterfield is responsible for clearing City-owned streets. Please go to https://www.chesterfield.mo.us/winterstorm.html for more complete information and to find out if you qualify for the Driveway Apron Snow Removal Program.

Why are the fountains in the lake not on?The fountains are set to start at 9:00 a.m. and run until 7:30 p.m. April through October. Please inform a trustee if you notice a fountain isn’t running when expected or if the fountain has moved too close to the bank.
