Annual Meeting Coming Up: Jan 21, 2024
The Annual Subdivision meeting will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024
1:30 - 3:30 PM at The Fulton School (at the entrance of our subdivision)
Like every year, there will be an election for one of the Trustee’s positions. Mindy Sipes’s position will be up for election during the annual meeting. Let the Trustees know if you have any questions about the duties of a trustee. A copy of the nomination form can be found below or under the Neighborhood Documents tab. If interested in running, please complete the form and get it to one of the trustees by 7pm on January 20, 2024.
2024 Assessments are Due
The 2024 Annual Assessments are due on January 31, 2024. As a reminder, the annual assessment funds the maintenance of the subdivision, which includes insurance, streetlights, mowing, trees, cul de sac maintenance, the Lake, the Fountains, etc. The invoice and a letter from the Trustees has been sent out via USPS.

A Few Reminders!
1. It is that time of year again: Sweet Gum Balls are back and in full force! Please collect and dispose of the prickly seed balls if they are on the sidewalk or street near your house. DO NOT push them down the sewers or in the street.
2.Please do not feed or disturb any wild animals or birds that are on any Common Ground area.
3.If you wish to plant ornamentals or flowers on any Common Ground area, You must first contact the trustees who will welcome your efforts in most situations.
4.Please make sure to clean up after your pets and help keep the neighborhood clean by picking up trash or debris that has blown in.
